Our primary responsibility includes welcoming newly registered parishioners with a personal phone call. We give them information about church and school programs, forthcoming parish events, and encourage them to use St. Bart's website for further details about the CYO, our Hispanic community, and school. We plan to meet the newly registered at their scheduled Mass to say "hello"; we invite them in fellowship to become active and engaged in one of our many ministries and organizations and to meet other parishioners, when time permits, after the 10 am. Mass for coffee and doughnuts. The rewards for members of this Ministry are bountiful but the time requirement is minimal; about 1-2 hours every four months. Bring your enthusiasm and dedication to reach out to new comers. Also, from time to time, we are called up to coordinate a special reception for a departing or arriving religious
