Tuesday Morning Scripture Study

Bartholomew Assisted Living will host this gathering in their Library on Tuesday mornings during the school year from 9:30 am to 10:45 am. Our first meeting will be September 14.

We, as Catholics, believe the Holy Spirit inspired the biblical authors to write what God wanted us to know for our salvation. Using biblical readings and commentaries, the group will reflect together on meanings, questions, and challenges posed by God’s words and deeds. Using programs with a 6-week cycle, we will focus on knowledge and sharing, with all attending gaining a greater insight into sacred scripture. At the end of each cycle, an involved will select the next cycle.

All are welcome to join the group at any time throughout the year. Please bring your Bible. Information about other possible text used by the group will be provided.
