FACTS Tuition Payments

FACTS is an automated payment system. What this means is that parents are authorizing their bank or credit card company to automatically transfer funds to the school on the installment payment dates traditional to the school. No more mailing checks—unless one is paying the entire tuition/fees upfront at the beginning of the year or upon enrollment. Preauthorized automated payments can be done conveniently from one’s checking or savings account, or by way of MC, Discover, or AMEX – NO VISA.

Please be assured that neither FACTS nor the school will have direct access to or any knowledge about the status of your bank account. It is simply a preauthorized bank- to-bank transfer of funds. FACTS Management Company also offers optional Peace of Mind Coverage for the person paying tuition and his/her legal spouse.

All tuition/fees must be paid by one of the following options:

1. Pay 100% of the tuition/fees directly to the school in cash, check, or money order by July 2007.
2. Make four (4) quarterly installments (starting July, October, January, and May) via FACTS on one’s checking or savings account. A separate “custodial account” can be set
   up to satisfy this payment plan (or payment plan #2) through your bank.
3. Make ten (10) monthly installments (starting in July of the current school year and ending in May of the following year via FACTS on one’s checking or savings account. At your option you can set up a “custodial account” to satisfy this payment plan (or payment plan #2) through your bank.
4. Do any of the above by way of one’s AMEX, MC or Discover cards. Please call the school for
   more information about the credit card option. Please note, there is a small convenience fee (2.5%), in addition to the FACTS fee, associated with this credit card option. Please call the school office for a special credit card form if you are interested in processing your tuition this
   way.)
