93-100=E (Excellent)
86-92=G (Good)
77-85=S (Satisfactory)
70-76=I (Improvement Needed)
Below 70=U (Unsatisfactory)

Homework Policy

Homework will be assigned every Monday-Thursday (subject to change due to holidays and days off. A weekly listing of the homework will be sent home at the beginning of each week through a homework sheet. This weekly sheet will also include the week’s spelling words along with any reminders and announcements for the week.

Each child will have a folder which will go home every day with the daily assignments and the communications needed to be sent.

PLEASE REVIEW YOUR CHILD’S FOLDER EACH NIGHT!

Please provide a quiet, neat space and a specific time (as much as possible) for your child to complete his/her homework each night. This consistency will contribute to the good study habits and greater success for your child.

Although family involvement is encouraged in the learning process, please recognize that it is important for your child to work independently as much as possible on their homework and other projects through the year.

Homework is to be completed and returned to school the following day in the student’s folder. It is extremely important that your child puts his/her name on all papers.
